Katey Tryon

Katey Tryon directs projects using over 20 years of experience in conducting searches for executives. Prior to forming Tryon & Heideman, LLC, Ms. Tryon was Managing Principal of Executive Search for a large Midwest human resources consulting firm. As Vice President for a national consulting firm, she developed the association and not-for-profit executive search function. At R.H. Macy’s, Inc., Ms. Tryon served as Vice President of Human Resources, leading the staffing and development groups. Mary Heideman

Mary Heideman has over 20 years of executive recruitment and selection training experience. At R.H. Macy’s, Inc., Ms. Heideman was responsible for executive recruitment, executive training and the campus recruitment program. With the American Management Association, Ms. Heideman developed and conducted seminars internationally on recruitment and selection skills. In addition, she has delivered keynote presentations to professional associations and national conferences on recruiting and retaining executive talent.
